We’ll answer any queries by email or phone. Useful if you’re quite tech-savvy and can manage the maintenance and updating of your site entirely on your own. We’ll remain on hand to offer any advice or tips as required.
We’ll answer any queries by email or phone, but we’ll also perform the occasional fix or update at no extra charge (up to a maximum of 4 hours per annum) – this could include image resizing, adding posts or pages, restructuring menus, etc.
We’ll answer any queries by email or phone, allocate 4 hours per annum for fixes or content updates, and we’ll also allocate time every month to update your WordPress installation and plugins ensuring your site is always protected, as much as possible, from any security issues that may arise as a result of having out-of-date plugins. We’ll also clear out any spam comments.
